1. When will I receive my order?
If your item is in stock, we ship it out within 1–3 business days.
In rare cases (about a 10% chance), if the item is sold out, we restock it within 7 to 30 days and ship it the same day we receive it.

2. What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, but you can request store credit or an exchange under these conditions:

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

No stains, makeup, odors, or signs of wear

Final sale items and bodysuits are non-returnable
All returns must be sent back with the original packing slip or a filled-out return form.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. My order is over $95 — why was I still charged for shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders over $95 applies within Canada only.
If you selected express delivery, a shipping fee will apply regardless of total.
💡 Don’t forget: Discount codes can affect your subtotal.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
For this reason, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
However, you can return eligible items once your order arrives.
5. What items are final sale?
All items marked “Final Sale” or clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. I got a confirmation, then a refund notice. What happened?
An item in your order may have sold out after your purchase.
You’ll receive a partial refund for the unavailable item, and the rest of your order will still ship as expected.
Note: Refunds take 2–5 business days to process, and 7–10 days to appear in your account.
7. What if my payment is declined?
If your card is declined during checkout, you’ll be able to enter a new payment method before your order is confirmed.
